5, 4, 3, 2, 1 . . .

A couple of weekends ago, my sister and her family came up to hang out for the day. My brother-in-law Clint brought his rockets for us, I mean, the kids to see.

Testing the direction of the wind,
Re-checking the launch buttons, and . . .

Blast Off!

Thanks, Clint. That was more fun than watching the back hoe.

(I want you to know I'm kinda proud of catching that last picture - if you enlarge it, you'll notice most of the fam are still looking down.)

that is weird to see the cresaps chillin in huntsville. i don't think i've ever been in huntsville at the same time as the cresaps since i've been a hale. so, rocketeering looks like fun. i don't know if it's funner than a back hoe though - that's saying a lot.

My kids would just LOVE that, especially Aiden. Those rockets blast off pretty high too. I would fully agree that it's MUCH funner than a back hoe!

Glad to see my son there since I was off buying lumber for our back stairs. I always appreciate it when other people are entertaining my kids and documenting it for me. The beauty of living by family!
