(I already put this on fb, but I wanted to repeat it here, 'cause, well, it just sounded so nice and I need to hear it over and over and over again.)
Ellie came up to me and put a blanket on my back and pulled it around my shoulders to make a cape.
"There!" she said. "Now you're a supermom."
A blanket-cape is all it takes. Wish I'd known this sooner.
Did you know you can be a supermom even when you're wearing pajamas, and the dishes are starting to spill out of the sink, and the laundry needs doing, and you showered two days ago and no, you have no plans for dinner nor food enough in the fridge to make it?
Yes, you can. Just put on the cape.

i really like your new header too. you have such pretty kids, and i think ellie is starting to look a LOT like you. and i can actually see some of olivia in charlie. :)
I am also never on fb so I'm glad to hear this amazing secret. I gotta go get a cape.
Oh yes, that is a very nice new header. Cute kids, good photog.
Wv= oxidamb--when your acne medicine doesn't work.
I have many capes at my house. I need to put them to use, on me!
Good to know. Good to know. (Cause that last scenario sounds more and more like me every day - a cape would really come in handy) So, yeah I never check facebook either - so you should just post everything here that you post there so we nonfacebookers don't miss out.
Next time I see you I will have my cape on.
can i borrow yours?
I've always wanted to be a supermom. Thanks SO much for the info!
lol, cute!
